Shipping options

All items under $1,000 are shipped Free UPS ground, 3-6 days delivery time. All items over $1,000 are shipped Free Registered Insured mail and take 3-7 days delivery time. Other shipping options are available such as second day or overnight UPS and FedEx delivery. For expedited shipping please email us for pricing information on a specific item.

Ring sizing

Ring sizing is free for most rings. Please contact us about a particular ring and your size. Some rings cannot be sized and have to be ordered to fit. Due to the fluctuation in precious metal prices, there may be a price difference for special ordering a ring in your size. We will let you know the price of the ring in your size prior to finalizing the order.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with a piece of jewelry you have purchased from us, please contact us upon receipt of the merchandise for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. You can choose exchange, store credit, or refund. Returned merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the original condition.
